Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM

I’ve given honest opinion a few times and many of my colleagues as well, we organized thinking it would lead to change. All it led to was more meetings and more work and task forces to address things. Work was pushed down to the teams to figure out. I am also highly skeptical of how anonymous it is

Yes. I love the vicious cycle of having meetings about the previous meetings. Or breaking down to subgroups who are tasked with coming up with solutions. I think the only result is watching my calendar fill up.
The only time I've seen real change from those surveys was at a company small enough that the results couldn't be ignored because the sample size was like 40 people. At larger companies, it's just a box for HR to check off each year. 9 times out of 10, nothing is going to change because of survey responses.

I feel the same way. We’ll see some new program start up and die by Q4. Then we start over the following year.
