Can someone tell me if the level 51 is okay for 4yoe , or should I ask for level 52?

I'm a reporter with more than 32 years of experience and I feel that, lately, local television news has been kind of dead, but I am pleased to fight for it from my local newspaper. Locals love to see someone from their own town succeeding or finding out something inspiring.

I am a firm believer that this will not change for a long time, local TV will continue to live as long as we stand for it.

Started talking to this guy through group a group telegram and one day he offered to pay for my lunch as I had helped him out with something. When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. I was taken aback recently when a friend told me I am calloused and cold-hearted for not being able to say those words. Is she right? Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? Please share if you know anything about it.

I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
