Sexual Harassment is a serious accusation and reason for termination. If you were found innocent, why didn’t you take it up with your previous employer? You should call the HR office and ask them to share what info they send for employment background checks. If they don’t include that, don’t mention it. No employer wants to hear the story, and it makes them liable should they hire you after hearing your version of a very serious allegation.

It can be a misunderstanding. I've had an interviewer ask me why I was terminated and I explained what happened
