200k isn't much. Maybe 2 biz seats but getting those in the summer only 2 months away... probably not happening. If they're Chase points then just look at Hyatt.
The general tips are 1) to book business class seats you should be looking 1 year out. You are very unlikely to find them for summer travel this close to the date, so youll have to be ok with economy or maybe economy plus. 2) Hyatt has the cheapest redemptions in points, so if you’re hotel agnostic I would figure out where you want to go and search Hyatt reward options to see what the location offers. You should most likely be able to book a week in a Hyatt for 100-150k points but it’s heavily dependent on location
If you do this I can gift you a Globalist experience award or whatever they’re called. I’m not going to end up using mine

Do you have ideas of where you want to go? Do you want to rely entirely on points or do you not mind spending some cash, too? Do you want to fly in business vs economy? What airports are you near/willing to travel from?
All this helps best direct ideas.
Volume on Europe flights are down and deals are opening up as we speak. Being flexible on destinations often creates the best value. 200k points should be enough to plan a lovely trip
If you want to keep it simple for your first go, just log into your card’s travel portal and play around with destinations and dates. You’ll get a feel for how far the points go, and it’s kind of fun to see what’s possible.
What kind of points are they?
I’d say convert them to hotel points. Like Marriott and use them towards the accommodations.

Yeaaaaah please don't do this
I’m a points newbie, but here’s what I’ve learned:
For airline redemption for Chase, Citi, Amex, et al, always transfer them into the airline’s points. So sign up to the frequent flyer programs relevant to your card so you’re ready to go when you find a good flight. Find the flight first, then do an instant transfer (make sure the airline & card do instant transfers). Sites like point dot me and similar can help you find flights and optimize redemption. Never use the credit card portal, as it almost always costs way more points there vs transfers.
Also look up transfer bonuses and their timing for these airlines
Round trip coach class from U.S. to Europe is like 40k-60k per ticket on a good deal, so keep that as an anchor in your mind. Probably costs more in July, but I don’t know by how much
