So let’s say you’re working in the U.S. on an H-1B and you get a new job offer. The new company files your H-1B transfer and it gets approved. Do you then have to leave the U.S. to get a new visa stamp?

From what I understand, you don’t need a new stamp as long as you stay in the U.S. But if you do need to travel outside the country, then you’d have to get a new H-1B stamp at a U.S. consulate most likely in India if you’re an Indian citizen …

So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.
