Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?
Please help me decide. Thank you!

Onyx cooling vests. Expensive, but your employer may absorb the cost. I got two at 50% off on GMA Deals / RedBox three years back. They have saved my organs and life literally working outside for hours on end in 95-102 degree humid heat in the afternoon. I rotate them in and out of a freezer (or ice chest if outdoors away from home). I bought one for my mom, too. I wish I got commissions since I rave about them so much, but alas, I do not.
They are not sold on Amazon. So yes, maybe too late for this event, but something for your company to consider for future outdoor events. Yes, they are $300 each (sometimes 50% off), so they are not cheap, but they way companies blow money on stupid things, they should be willing to purchase a few of these to help their staff survive the heat and reuse them year after year. I personally consider them one of the best purchases I ever made for myself and have gotten so much mileage out of them. I use them for hours each weekend from June through end of September in the Southeast Texas heat and humidity (at past 10 pm tonight the dewpoint was 77, and the heat index - a.k.a. "feels like" temperature - was 90 degrees, and I was outside in the dark feeding my equines and was just miserable and sweaty not wearing a vest, so you can imagine how bad it is outside in the hottest part of the afternoon, where it's miserable in the shade and life-threatening in the sun for extended periods of time). Hang in there for the weekend because it's going to be a scorcher in a lot of places. I just looked on Amazon, and you can find ice vests delivered next day, so you may still have time to get one delivered.
