How's the general WLB at VC firms? ( Top ones - Sequoia, Matrix, Accel, Elevation )

At my org,full of politics and Partiality,still these kind species are there in org,when all the team members are working from home, specially they call one to work when all your colleagues are in wfh.,Dont want to have job gaps so bearing all these shits..Job pressures#work culture is an shit@Fincare small Finance Bank

Struggling with this whole work life balance thing. Is it possible to have a semblance of a life/hobbies? If so, how? Most of my socializing is honestly in the microcosm of the firm (drink nights etc)

If someone logs off at 8ish also. It is considered as early off. One the worst work life balance ever in UK supporting organisation.
