AI is NOT taking jobs. AI is going to help us make work more efficient. My suggestion would be to make sure you’re keeping up with AI tools to make your work more efficient as well to add value and upskill
I would not mind AI, taking some of my nonsensical employee relation complaints.
We don’t know that.
We're already seeing AI augment jobs, which means they can be consolidated, so some humans lose their positions. I suppose we could see a scenario where salaries get pushed downward, as that would be a function of the resulting job market. If you have more workers than available jobs, wages get depressed, that's just supply and demand at work.
I don't think AI is going to take all jobs. It's going to make a lot of jobs more efficient so that less people are needed to do a job. I see it as automation in factories being expanded even further. I think we all need to be staying on top of new technologies so that we can better utilize them as they start to be integrated into the workforce. People who are unwilling to adapt will more than likely lose their jobs.
