Careful. I let it go on too long. Did you know your body can just one day stop working?? I knew but I didn’t know. It was so sudden. One day I’m working playing sports biking everywhere. Next day bam. I couldn’t walk anymore and start everything from freaking scratch. There is a diagnosis. But the diagnosis is a consequence ….. ultimately it was years of severe stress and trauma that wasn’t properly released or tended to that finally caught up with me. Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is to fall apart (not completely) so your body can release it. If you’re too good at holding it together it might catch up with you.

Stress is so harmful
I noticed that this week. I grew up in a family that only allowed one emotion, happy. My boss was like I can’t tell when something is going badly because you are so positive all the time. Yikes!

I would love to meet your family
For sure! But that’s also a choice. We can choose to be vulnerable. Sometimes it takes setting more boundaries with ourselves…about what we take on. I say that from personal experience!
