How often do you all train abs?
I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

Grocery stores are your friend.
Get an outside gym membership - the hotel gym will likely not be adequate.
Are you traveling every week?
Keep it to 2-3 drinks per week, maximum, and watch out for all the other liquid calories. Easy to fill up when you don’t really care what anything costs
Exercise before work. Easier to do that then to skip out on team dinners or late work nights
See if your area has a local F3 or FIA, free outdoor workouts that start between 5 and 6am, go to bed by 9, get up at 430/5
Also diet is easier on the road, eat healthy every meal
I personally love traveling and running I’ve run around so many cool cities as part of work travel.
I never lift, so that wasn’t something Ive had to deal with. Also, I just outrun my terrible diet and then eat healthy while at home.
