Somebody once said that once you reach 10 years in corporate, things are ore not anymore about hard work and delivery, but starts being about emotional intelligence, grit, and politics.
I'm currently slowly getting into that period at a big4. And given how bad salaries are this year, wondering if I should not see elsewhere to play the game there.
