Someone has to either 1) watch your child while you workout or 2) workout with the child.
Honestly, this is what sent me down my peloton path long before COVID happened. My husband also traveled for work so I was alone. I would do it first thing in the morning or after bedtime. I still use it to this day and do a variety of workouts. It’s not for everyone but I can commit to it and it’s here and with enough variety for me to stick with it.
Tread? Strength? Barre? There is more than the bike.
Get efficient 20-40 min workouts when you have a window during your workday if able to work from home on some days while your children are in daycare, then do 2 workouts on the weekend when the other parent is present. I recommend Jessica's Pregnancy and Postpartum TV on Youtube. This way you can get great workouts in at least 3-5 days a week depending on how much you can work from home.
Check out BeachBodyonDemand. It’s a subscription service that’s 20 bucks a month and the workouts are usually 30 minutes or less that you can do from home. It genuinely really works if you stick with their plans (they’ll do a 21 day course so they switch up cardio and resistance training etc). I try to just wake up before my 2 and 5 year olds and get my workout in at home. Much easier than going to a gym and juggling the childcare aspect
Lunch time if that’s the only feasible option atm

Fit4Mom on Saturday or Sunday AM. The Saturday AM classes are typically family classes so my husband would come too. You can exercise with your kiddo in a stroller.
A gym with a really good kids program (E.g., Lifetime)
Walking pad under your desk.

2 years in and still figuring it out. I have been working out over my lunch hour. There is a gym at my office with a shower. Or if I'm remote I do it at home.
I workout from home using the FitOn app. My toddler hangs out and plays while I do.
Working out at home. I have free weights, kettlebells, a barbell, slam balls, boxes and a whole *ss peloton. I dont have time to go to the gym so I brought the gym to me
