What’s a good size for an experienced consultant (11 + years) resume? Is anything beyond a two pager a bad idea? I have hard time to shrink my resume down from my current 4 pages.

After seeing the post about the differences between TX and NYC day to day I'm interested, if you moved to TX from somewhere out of state to practice how have you found the transition? Physically/Socially/Politically/Financially? Not looking for pros and cons, I'm from here, just wondering what it's like for people who moved here.

I’ve been offered a reporting consultant job for less than 60k and I bring 9+ years of experience to the role. They should be offering more. I don’t want to settle but I don’t want to miss an opportunity to move. Reporting consultants should start at $65k per recruiting sites. Any advice? How can I get HR/recruiters to offer more? TIA
