I see blogs saying I can use 75k round trip delta points to fly JFK-London but whenever I try to book w points on the app it’s 60k one way and 200 dollars. Am I doing it wrong? Should I book on site?

Used to be EXP on American, haven't flown them in a while and now no status. want to use miles for a flight, but they're charging $75 processing bc it's within 21 days. Any way around this?

If my company is deducting tax on reimbursements for example relocation, flight travel, mobile usage, etc. Then how to show in tax filing? bcoz as per my understanding it should not be taxable as I am using my money and company is refunding and no extra income. Do AA 500 mile upgrade awards expire? I have used a decent amount of upgrades, but I still have 14 that I have been sitting for a about maybe 6-7 months. I do not see anything about them expiring, but I would not be surprised if they do.
