Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. The work seems like it’s not a good fit for me but it feels crazy to pass up trying to get that amount of money when there really isn’t a realistic alternative to that amount of wealth (and I do want that amount of wealth).

I'm getting a good offer from Coforge, which is 15 lac more than my current in Deloitte. In D, I've been tagged into a run the business kind of project, with not much innovation, but slightly complex in Salesforce. I don't have any interest in this domain. I'm confused bcoz it's been just a year in D, I joined D in an hope to climb the corporate ladder, get good exposure, none of which is happening - negativity about job security in Coforge, though SF jobs are plenty.
