Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. Same company will hire a new employee with 40-60% or more hike.

To me it appears like companiss themselves are forcing ppl to switch and not to stay.
