Why dont you send an email to follow up your interview, just saying
Old job postings, vague postings, months of the same post, I’m hesitant to apply to. Not to say that I wouldn’t, but I’d be mindful of the issues that are probably surrounding it. I don’t have a lot of space to be picky, so just trying to be realistic.
Look at the amount of time the job has been listed. If it's up for over a month or two, it's mostly just a resume harvesting op. Also pay attention to and avoid anything you see that's reposted.

Add an Areas of Expertise section to the top of your resume. List your core skills, strengths, and knowledge areas that are most relevant to the job you're applying for. These are typically short phrases or keywords that align with the job description and show your value quickly to recruiters and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
There are many factors that go into hiring decisions. Do you require sponsorship? What ERP systems have you used and proficiency level? Excel proficiency level, personality, overall finance fit between FP&A, accounting, other related teams
Here are some general guidelines: If a company is genuinely interested, you’ll usually start to see breadcrumb communication within 10 days of your application. Always send a thank-you email around 7 days after the interview to keep the door open (sending it too early can come across as desperate). But if there’s no ongoing communication after that, take the hint and move on. You weren’t passed over—you were redirected toward something better.
