thats pretty cool! I have excel spreadsheets every time when i look for a job and keep them for next search. There are certain companies that i am avoiding and they are surprisingly the same companies that are rated as bad on glassdoor :) So, you can cut corners by just not applying to companies that dont get at least a 3.5 on glassdoor.

To me, it has been a rollercoaster with the job search. I actually did apply to the company with low points on Glassdoor, but it turned out to be a good place to work, and I like people here.

Recently, as you probably know, Dr. Seuss's estate chose to stop printing a few of his older books that had offensive racial stereotypes. There was huge backlash from white people, including teachers here, screaming "cancel culture!"
Now we have a white guy who murdered eight Asians in custody, unharmed; while the police officer who killed an African American man for allegedly trying to pass a bad check is about to go on trial.
Full disclosure: I'm white. But I'm still enraged by all this. You?
