Strategic thinking seems to always take a backseat to the never-ending stream of urgent tasks. I try blocking calendar time, but somehow that time always gets hijacked. How are other PMs carving out space for big-picture planning? I love visual tools (Excel, Miro, etc.) but still haven’t found a system that really helps me zoom out and prioritize. Would love to hear what’s working for you.
