lol this is so typical—I don’t know what to say other than I don’t know how they can keep getting away with this shenanigans. You can’t expect excellence while continually stripping away the talent and TIME needed to execute. But this is the the MO at EVERY SINGLE AGENCY I have ever worked, including the one in at currently, and it only seems to be getting worse with the heavy usage of AI in the industry

Have you been fired before even starting your new job?

I signed for a new job two months ago and will start next month (3 mo notice period in Europe). They were very keen on getting me on-board ASAP before signing but since I signed the contract it has been silent from the new employee. I've emailed them with questions as I'll be re-locating to NL and it takes them 1-2 weeks to reply. Given all that's going on in the world, I'm worried they might fire me before I even start.

I feel like I’ve been neglecting this bowl. 😔 I’ve been doing keto with 16/8 intermittent fasting for the past month. By the time it hits my eating window, I’m starving and I don’t have time to make instagrammable meals.
