Hi, I recently got an offer from TCS in Big data Engineering. Here at my current Org, Accenture, the Internal hiring team gets resource profiles from some internal-confidential website. You then get calls/ pings/ emails from different teams asking for your availability.

I wanted to know what is the hiring process at TCS. Is it similar, or do we have to reach out different Teams and Managers?

Also, it is WFO 5 days-a-week?

Hi fishes, My timings are from 12 to 9 and HR is asking us to come thrice a week and also spend more than 4 to 5 hrs in office and then go home and continue from there. This will create a huge problem if they start calling daily. Anyone else facing this issue? Can anything be done for this? Since i have joined this organization everything seems weird here.

Need some advice.
I got the highest offer from LnT worth 17, but I can try for some more comapnies and get higher offers.
But ,I also want to retain in capgemini if they match the package.
Should I stop interviews & approach my manager or should I wait for him to call me again ? He had already called once saying he would match the package.
Am I being too greedy if I ask for 18/19 to retain?Or should I just ask for 17 so that repport between me and my manager remains intact?
