EY TCS is forcing and threating employees to come back to ofc..they don't listen there employees at all..they will send mail...and stating if they will come ..HR action will be taken,.what rubbish TCS ..my friend..his salary is 35k per month...he has loan of 25 lack..till wfh he managed...but now after getting back to Bangalore he can't....He begged to HR to let him continue WFH...they refused...in his hometown ... No one there to look there parents.there health normally not use to good.

Intsted of just marketing for sympathy Tcs have to so some empathy on his employees. Tcs shou have to promote employees on time instead of showing lot of profits and yearly income on news.
If they help employees employees will definitely hard work for tcs.
But somehow tcs learnt marketing strategy and employees retention policy on paper actually employees are suffering.

I am not here to Support TCS . But when the loan was taken did he consult with TCS if they will call them in future? Then why are you blaming now to TCS? They have their business. It's their wish how they want to run it . You basically don't have any rights to complain as you have already signed the agreement with them when you joined.

I think people in India who are upskilling themselves and have good skills are also getting higher package. I am not saying we should keep our thinking low. If you believe you are more deserving and getting less salary then straight way change company. Rather than complaining about company culture and giving reasons like you have loan that's why u can't go to office. For this particular post I will say when they have joined company as per offer letter it must not be permanent wfh. Then why are they complaining now to go to office that I don't understand

My salary is 10 thousand and I have taken the loan of 1 crore,Will I able to pay loan from my salary. That is a stupid excuse. I am in the favour of work from home. Every family condition is different, that does not mean that they are taking load and blaming company that why my salary is 35 k. If you have talent you can get 35 lakh also.

My friends in TCS are still doing wfh ,no way they are coming to the office.their project manager will shield them from stupid hr.

I was also in similar situation salary of 60k and 32k as emi, so only option is move out from TCS with better package.

Nope..this type of threatening mails are being sent by tcs only..every company is not going that far..they are not pushing that much..for example,my ex-teammates from infy almost everyone is doing wfh..some people who are native to the DC location only they are doing hybrid and that too once or twice a week or lesser..so this argument by HRs that 'every company is doing so' is null and void keeping all other arguments aside.
The news about the suicide is very Sad. But I think it's very rare companies would go to an extent of terminating just cuz someone us working remotely! There is a difference between not working at all and working from home
