I don't take failures very seriously.. but today I really did great in interview with Accenture for a moment I really thought I will get into accenture.. but for some reason I got rejected.. I gave it my all but still getting rejected.. feeling bit devestated. But it's ok and I am not going to stop.

Are there any Workers Compensation MO Claims Adjuster here? I handle complex MO claims, which include review and authorization of surgeries. Basically, if the EE is not LT, the MO Adjuster manages the claims to closure. As an MO Adjuster, is that what you do? At what point do you transfer claims to LT Adjuster? What's your average monthly claim count? I'm trying to find out if my job duties and 10-hour shifts are in line with my salary. Or should I move on

Hi All, My sister has cleared all the rounds in Accenture. HR contacted her today to negotiate the salary. My sister asked for 8LPA FP. HR said the max fixed pay they could offer is 7.5LPA. My sister told she would think and get back in few minutes. Within 5 minutes, HR moved the candidature status to “on hold” due to budget constraints. None of the HRs are answering the calls. What can i expect? TIA I am feeling worse as i advised my sister to tell HR that she would get back. :(
