Hcl take home will be far better than tcs, also there will be good option to save tax. Ex: claiming fuel bill, car lease etc which are not available with tcs until Consultant. Also variable will be less than tcs with better basic pay.

If HCL pays 1L more? HCL 10.5, TCS 9.5 +0.75 joining bonus

HCL has only work and no life so there is no balance 🤣
Tcs....
1) Stability of TCS is far better HCL.
2) Medical benefits in TCS is also beter than HCL.
3) TCS have centres in 15+ locations so you can get hometown or nearby place.
4) Projects and onsite is pretty stronger in TCS.
WLB is on project needs. Even tcs or hcl can’t guarantee WLB till you are in burning project.
Lastly, MONEY is the major factor. Whichever paya you well go for that. But if it’s similar then i prefer TCS over HCL

i have 5years 6 months experience and had offer from tcs with 11.5 lpa and hcl with 15 lpa which is good to join?
based on hcl offer ,is there any chance that tcs revise the offer and provide 15lpa?
What about Wipro or Infosys??
With the current CEO wipro is doing exceptionally well. But you might want to go over the details of the offer letter and role being offered

I am in HCL and my friends are in TCS so basis personal experience on work life balance + monetory factor + flexibility, I shared. Although both the org has job security.
From these comments what I am able to see ,grass is greener always on other side .HCl people loves tcs and vice versa
