Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? Wife found out today that the Schedule A fed position she was hired into (and has been doing for year) was misappropriated to her because she didn’t meet the certs on USA Jobs and her permanent position is now a temporary one that will end in 10 months…..I’m flabbergasted and disgusted by the hiring agency, any know of resources (legal or otherwise) for fed employees in the weird situation?

Sometimes the leadership does not even inform you on the status of a submitted proposal unless we win the work. I get why they are doing it but it would be great if there was an external source/website that would share this info instead of us waiting around to hear from them.

I love what I do and I have an offer to stay in International Development and be a manager with 86k, focusing on my technical area + lots of travel. But I also have offers from Deloitte and EY to be a GPS consultant at ~100k. Is it worth it to move to D or EY? Have personal financial goals that i need to reach for my family and thats why i started considering EY and D.
