This is the best time to look. You have no rush and can take a bit to find something that suits you. Definitely look elsewhere!
Same stuff happening to us now and it's not getting better. You should go.
All this being said, depends on what market you're in...if its Chicao, EVERYONE is looking. Good jobs are hard to come by and the competition is fierce.... you might consider how bad it REALLY is....

OP, how does the new org leadership see you? Part of the old regime? Get out. Part of the old company, but willing to work hard or all in or something else like that? Still get out. Unless they are actively using you like you are the solution, get out. It should be pretty easy to figure this out, by the way. There's rarely ambiguity. If they treat their new hires differently than you, you're toast.
I am treated very well, have a lot of autonomy and am actually paid highly for my position (and I'm a female)!!
Such a tough decision. Sticking it out could lead to rapid growth opportunities. On the other hand, no one wants Captain of the Titanic on their resume. Do you see turnaround on the horizon?
There is a large effort to turn things around and organizational leadership shakeup, etc. I feel like I'm not being patient but who knows! I am paid well.

I think you should go. Don't stay on a sinking ship. You want to be around smart / inspiring people and good clients... sounds like both are leaving
