The compensation is great, but some days I wonder what I’m really trading for it. Late nights, weekend work, missed plans, constant mental load. I don’t regret the path I chose, but I do question the sustainability of it. At what point did you start recalibrating your priorities, if ever?

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
