Hi Fishes, I am a Talend ETL developer with 2.2 yrs of exp at TCS. But I have not learned that much in the current project I am in, it's all migration and excels now😅. So, now I want to shift to a product based startup or mid level company in React JS technology for which I have already started preparation separately. Also thinking of giving resignation as my current project is affecting my mental state. Please give me insights on this as to how I should proceed and how to prepare.

A client developer group just told me they reached terms to “buy equity in a lease.” From what they’ve told me, if we were setting this up fresh, I’d do a new LLC and easily handle capital contributions, buy-sell, etc. in the new LLC agreement. However, here the partner had a long-term lease on the underlying RE that our group wants to develop as a concept. Lease assignment to new LLC is dicey, but I’m thinking maybe we set up a Mgmt services company to contract w/ the partner-tenant entity?

Is anyone back to in-person administrative hearings? I recently did an in-person VA disability hearing (VLJ was by video but my client and I went to the regional office for the hearing). Seems like SSA is slowly moving toward in-person again. I’m told July will have in-person OHO hearings locally.

Well I worked and got appreciated by the client , always exceeded expectations on clients side (have thank you's and appreciation on mail) . My rating is 3 stating "aapko ek hi saal hua h". Got opportunity for a global meeting to attend in Europe but my PM destroyed that opportunity for me. Past 3 days haven't worked a bit ,felt disappointed and am feeling depressed, it would have been my first abroad visit and the Visa is going to haunt me for the rest of my life.

L1 expecting an L2 offer any day, next summer start. HCOL area and trying to figure out what is reasonable for income. Non-traditional student and new to public though I have work experience at the para and professional level. Previous salary before returning to school was 60k base overtime eligible as an internal accountant. My reviews are all exemplary and my prior experience has been directly noted as a benefit.

After graduating with my MBA with a focus in project management, I moved organizations to go from an EMR education manager to a full time project manager specializing in EMR implementation projects. I’ve found that although I enjoy the work- changing organizations and roles in a remote world was harder than I anticipated.
