I'm serving Notice period and last date shall be 13th May 2022. Can someone help me understand if the bands and compensation isn't release by that date, will that be adjusted in full and final settlement?? If so, what about the components, which all shall be credited in that FFS?

I am going to take a wild swing here:
1) most over represented group (at least in tech) is from Andhra (fake resumes etc)
2) Most number of illegals apprehended at the border are from Punjab (last count over 700k)
3) Most scams (call center + medicare/Medicaid) are from Gujarat
Unfortunately, the rest of us are all painted with the same broad brush.

Agreed…I had to call out on one of them, told them straight you just planted the seed for a toxic environment by playing ugly politics, Just cut it out.
Surprisingly things became normal and respectful after that . 😊
Both of us were contractors on different projects.
Find one person who you think is harmless, express yourself in a professional, matter of fact tone. They ate close knit and will definitely convey to their group. If you express yourself it takes out some pressure off the chest. After expressing yourself deal things professionally and friendly , don’t carry any ill feelings

1000% agree with you OP. The one you referred are in large population with similar moral and ethical work practices , only prefer people who speak their language and absolutely won't allow anyone else to be part of their group at work. Worst is they will make every attempt to get rid of someone who doesn't speak their toung. So many of them are unqualified but just being part of that broader community are supported and taken care off ,so their shortcomings are covered. Lot of these people have been doing multiple full time jobs parallelly post covid and that have become huge problem for rest of Indian community which is struggling for opportunities. Really shameful behavior.

I am from that said group but have not had the opportunity or chance to be in that kinda of cohort, I hope shit gets better

I’m curious too. I thought (perhaps naively) that H1 and more so L1 was hard to scam (You don’t need to make regionally prejudiced comments, but I think you can share the actual actions in the forum vs. DMing everyone privately)
