The end of another grading period is upon us! It is so hard to believe that this year is going by so fast. I have been trying to help, motivate, and encourage my students to complete missing assignments. Maybe I'm too much of a pushover, but I sometimes think I care more than they do. How gracious should I be, do I keep giving them chances tomorrow, or go ahead and put their grades into the gradebook? What would you do and what is your grading policy for missing assignments?

I attended the interview in cognizant. But i didn't get any feedback of my interview. So, what should I do? Also, I dropped the Mails to recruiter. They did not reply on that.

One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
Now'what and all would be the consequences she might face. Is there any chance of these things are being escalated? Please advise!
