The environment is very toxic here. You will be deployed to work on some other tech projects which you never worked on and hourly updates are expected. Extended hours / mental torture / return to office. These reasons are forcing me to resign... here for around 2 years / YOE 6. Any suggestions to overcome this toxicity? Should I ask for release from current project
