An associate of mine, who is one of the US's most successful personal injury attorneys, always advises to NEVER use keystroke monitoring on devices. He says that doing so opens the company to huge liability.

He also gives an example- I am not going to say it out loud in public, but it is a clever gotcha that an attorney like him would think of.
