@Mindtree 1 Everyone I asked got lesser in hand salary or same. My salary increased.
moreover what about basic that is not 50% of ctc why ?

Mine was anyway 42% basic and yes it didnt become 50% which is weird. No change in EPF too

Where did all the arrear go? They mentioned in the column, but did not add in total.
I dont understand how come total gross can be reduced by 10k
Yeahh! It is a hefty amount if calculated monthly for the rest of the year. this needs to be raised
yes i see a huge diff in take home from previous months after compensation restructuring but no details mentioned where is the diff amount went with PF stays same

Also an observation, in the restructuring letter they mentioned monthly allowances which is not at all matching with the allowances in the current payslip.
I understand the gap might be because they have considered variable as well, but again that should be clearly mentioned.
Gratuity should be 4.81 percent of the basic but here is 7.9. to whom we can raise this concern

Still not opened mt new salary slip to compare and changes.. Will verify soon.
But u guys can check if ur tax is old or new set due to that it's high or low in hand.
