The partner I primarily work with undercut a small local boutique firm for some work. Now I have to deliver with an unrealistic budget. The math isn’t mathing on the pricing plan. I am beginning to think the strategy of the firm is to undercut the boutique firms so that they go under and the Big 4 will reign again with only partners, bots and India.
