lol what? This is such victims mentality. People are orchestrating and killing their own citizens to prove a point on one small minority which makes less than 1.3% of US population?
How about the fact that Muslims are committing a lot of terror attacks. disproportionately more attacks on countries with more liberal values and/or democracies are committed by Muslims. We need to own it as a group and educate peers before calling it a an act implemented against us. Thats part of the reason why we’re bottom feeders globally, we don’t even acknowledge the issue, let alone address it.
I mean it’s 5% of population making up 41% of the attacks. I simply mentioned as to why the hell would a government/media stage an attack for such a small population group. You can sugar coat all you want - the anti western view is a major problem.
I never mentioned US vs. EU. Was more so referencing a global issue that your brain likely can’t comprehend since you’re so dense. It is a problem and we’re not going to get anywhere until we acknowledge it as a community and help our brothers and sisters move past and coexist better.
There’s no hate here, as a Muslim I’m just open minded to see a problem in our community and call it out. I’m a veteran and the amount of times I’ve questioned as to being a true Muslim is astonishing. It is a very us vs them mentality that is being taught.
I am not sure how old you are but a lot is being done to combat Islamophobia now that it was post 9/11.
We need to do more to self police our communities. Deal with people who we are concerned may commit extremist acts or in other ways be a terrible reflection of our community.
We cannot expect others to respect us when we don’t respect ourselves enough to say we are better than this extremist crap, fraud crap, etc
Yesterday I walked into Home Depot with my mom and a man with his daughter said “Fu*k muslims get out of my country”.
When I check the law I cannot do anything because he is protected by the first amendment!!! Like what!!
It’s not just them they are teaching their kids that this is fine….
