2. To lead as Program Manager for a project ( 2 team members )
3. To work within any project as Db expert
4. To support BI team for data-extraction from EDW
5. Design, developed and maintained EDW
6. Design, developed & maintained a rating tool
7. Done a few POCs on Big Data, Spark-Scala

Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

I’m asked for work samples from recruiters and CDs even though I make clear that what I’ve done doesn’t reflect who I am as a creative. Think CRM/DM/B2B stuff. They insist on it, and I never hear back afterwards.

Not sure what to do. Almost feel like I’d be better off erasing my agency experience.

I’m hoping to steer clear of any scams by posting & I know it’s been posted before but, again, scams. Anyway, I am looking for something that can be done remotely on nights and weekends after I get home from my daily in-office job. My sister passed away & I’m now helping raise her kids. I have been using this emoji 🙏 and saying to so many colleagues and clients “I’ll pray for you” with such warm and genuine receipt that I think sometimes God uses hopelessness to open people’s hearts to Him. I’ve spoken about my faith to work people more than I ever have in my 20 year career. In such a dark time, what a light prayer can be for our coworkers and clients.

Anybody have a Christian therapist they recommend? I’d like to start going. Chicago or virtual option. My insurance doesn’t cover it and don’t have a high salary so can’t be super $$$

Today, I was looking through other bowls and see comments like: “Anyone tired of chasing money?” “Is it just me or as I get older do you realize how little awards and accolades mean?” And I’m reminded of how grateful I am to have my hope in something other than my work. I hope my coworkers see that in me, too. That I work hard but advertising is not what fulfills me.

trying to wake up every morning and give thanks for the good in my life. I spent so much of the past few years focused on all that was wrong or didn’t go according to my plan. thankful
