How difficult is it to get into an MBA at London business school

Would MBB firms ever pay for your MBA tuition if you got your MBA prior to joining? Like if you agreed to stay on for X number of years and they pay down your loans. Does that happen?

Assuming I get into CBS/Wharton, is there that much of a difference between them to forgo scholarship money? I got a offer from @indegene for the role of Senior Manager and designation is B3 they are offering me a CTC of 33 LPA ( Fixed + Variable). No Joining bonus

I have an overall 10 years of Experience and an MBA from Tier 1 college, from reading online I feel that the Salary I am being offered for the role is less.
