I had two interviews with two people at different companies and each time the interviewer had their camera off stating that they are having connection issues. Is that acceptable for candidates to do?

My last 2 job opportunities I wasn’t selected for because another candidate just had more experience. I know that this is all a numbers game when applying to jobs and I know as a recent graduate it’s hard competing with people who have years on me. Since my interviews went good and I am not sure what to fix what do I do to improve myself for the next opportunity since I can’t control adding more years of experience?

It was a panel interview with a smaller municipality. How do people deal with the wait game, how long do I wait before reaching out? I am in the last stages of an interview process and I really fucked up a 15-min talk with some on the team. I’ve already spoken with two collegues and it went very well, but this one I totally blew because I stuttered, was super nervous and could not answer the questions properly. Considering that I’m probably not a favourite for this one guy, what do you think my chances are for landing the job? Can I do something to “save” the situation?

Is Microsoft hiring freeze still going on? I attended interviews in June end for SDE opening in Azure & cleared it. Post which I got to know that the position went to on hold & dint hear back anything from HR. Do they even come back once the freeze is lifted? Does it make sense to wait?

Have others found it hard to transition from Audit to Financial Analyst? All the recruiters I’m meeting with are telling me I probably won’t get an interview since they’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.
It’s discouraging because I’m a fast learner, and from talking to my friends who are Financial Analysts, it doesn’t seem like what we do is so dissimilar.

I gave 2 technical rounds for devops role in MindTree. The guy from 2nd round only took 10 minutes to took the interview.

Now I got call from HR telling that the 2nd panelists mentioned that I have no client handling experience but good in skills.
I was into onsite and me and the guy never had any discussion like this.. He barely asked me anything in 10 minutes.
I am completely clueless and never faced this things in life life...

I have given interview on oct 8 in LTI and got selected after that I got mail from HR on oct 10 to submit documents after a week on oct 19 i got a mail saying thank you for applying LTI you have cleared all stages after that no update it has been a week.. May i know when can I expect my offer letter
