There’s a difference between ambition and expansion addiction. Some companies grow because they’ve earned adjacency. Others expand because standing still feels psychologically uncomfortable. Discipline matters more at scale, not less.

Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking.
