There is no designation as such Senior Consultant in Accenture. It’s Consultant and then you get into Manager. So not sure where this 10% max for SC come from🤔
SC is the designation that MBAs come into for Accenture Strategy. It’s the equivalent of a C3 but officially the title is different.
A3, we do indeed have a Senior Consultant designation at Accenture. In Strategy it's used for our MBA hires and is the equivalent of a C3 (though they get paid more than our C3s).
Agreed with A1 though, bonuses can vary widely depending on your practice, level, etc.
As a strategy manager though your upper theoretical limit is around 30% although you’re probably gonna have a tough time finding anyone who’s actually come close to that.
With Distinctive Achievement, bonuses at consultant and senior consultant level can exceed 10% but I haven’t heard of anything higher than 15%. Anecdotally I received a little under 12% last year with DA but that was pretty atypical and have averaged more like 5-7% at the consultant level.
