Does anyone have experience or know of someone who went on a FWA (part-time) but didn't have kids? I'm unmarried and no kids but considering a move to 30 or so hrs/week for my sanity.

Is anyone or does anyone have a good personal trainer in the NYC area? I’m quite an experienced lifter but have hit a mental (and slightly physical) plateau and would benefit from some coaching. TIA!

Does anyone get weirded out that doctor's offices still use fax machines? It's like - what else are they doing from the 80s/90s?

I do an hour workout and split it between 10 mins cardio and 50 mins strength workout. Q - do you do cardio first or last? I do it first, but see a lot of folks at the gym do it in the end. Any benefit of one vs the other?

Is this a toxic trait.. anytime I have an inconvenience, I look for jobs or do I just hate my job. I have applied and received several interviews but when it comes to that point, I back out and decide it’s best to stay. I am also going through IVF and told myself “maybe not best time to leave with insurance and stuff” ugh why am I like this?! I think I just don’t wanna work in general. Adulting sucks

At the donor egg phase and just not dealing with it well. Having all kinds of regrets if I tried hard enough. Maybe should have ate better, tried all these different things. Did I do IVF too quickly? Some say IVF makes your eggs worse. Is this true???

I think it's easy to blame the increasing rates of COVID-19 in the community on people not wearing masks. Personally, I blame it on the glaring failure of the federal and state government and the public health system in the USA.

What about crossfit and injuries? I think I’m going to love it but I’m hesitating because I feel like so many people get injured

It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️

Anyone got PCR tested at a Walgreens prior to India travel? How long did the results take to come back?

I’m afraid I’m emotionally unavailable and that by the time I figure out how to be emotionally available I’ll have lost the good guy I’m currently with. I love this guy with my head but not my heart. But also my heart feels dead in general so 🫠. I’m already in therapy. What if this is as far as I can go in terms of emotional capacity? I am stressed.
