Your work is your boss’ work in a way so it’s a career suicide to bring that up
Ask yourself what good outcome will there be if you said that? The answer is nothing. If you don’t like it then change team
That depends on how much you like job security and career growth.
Everyone is different but in my case, when my managers say "we" I know for a fact their analysts did the work and they are referring to the overall team effor, this is positive. If an analyst jumped and said "I did x y or z" I would file them under not promotable, not a team player, and a narcissist, first candidate in case we need to reduce workforce size.
Same note, if a Manager says I. I classify them as narcissists as well, I know damn well their analysts are doing the work.
I am not saying I would fire them, but if I needed to let someone go, they would be at the top of my list. Nothing at work is that serious, everyone puts a ton of work into some things more than others. When you work in teams it's all about making sure we all win together and cover for each other when we can. If you feel so hung up about something that you need to call out only you did that work, and your manager or your peers shouldn't even say "we did this together" then I would give you a thumbs up, roll my eyes to the back of my head, and go on with my day thinking you are a narcissist. I have 17 people on my team, and I need to make sure they are all winning, not just one narcissist. One narcissist poisons 17 others, they are bad for morale overall. I wouldn't fire someone for a comment like that, but its a massive red flag.
