Chicago attorneys: what is the base salary of a 3 year associate? What % of fee do they get on cases they bring in? Do they get paid any money on cases they’re working on but didn’t bring in? I know it varies, looking for info based on personal experience/knowledge.

Heyy does anyone have any tips for an entry level media planner? I graduated last year and landed a FT offer at an agency. I’ve been working from home for almost a month now and honestly it has its pros and cons. I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.
