Agencies, clients, consultancies, and holding companies - a total shit show. Half the staff gets laid off every quarter - leaving the remaining staff to juggle 48 brands, 900 Zooms, 2 unpaid pitches, 12 “quick-turn requests, and the client who wants a Super Bowl spot for the price of a Big Mac. Jesus farting Christ!
