He asked me out to go rock climbing one-on-one after we were texting for a while and I acted awkwardly when we went because I didn’t know if it was a date (nothing was explicitly said). Hello, I need your advice. I am currently in management in primary care. I have a strong management background in specialty hospital practice management. Recently some leadership positions have become available and I feel as if my leader has discouraged me from applying. His take is that I should take certain steps before applying, however I have the experience from my previous employment in this leadership role. Would I be overstepping to apply anyways ?

Being from Minnesota, I think it's so funny when people act as if we are some far-left State just because we hadn't voted Republican in a presidential election since Nixon. Never mind that many of our elections are close or that we have elected Republican Senators and governors.

I was hired by a SaaS company for 95,000 Fr as a Senior Full Stack Developer. I have 9 years of experience and I worked in multiple startups and technologies. I also have relatively better experience in NodeJS, React, SQL, Elasticsearch.
