The ad leads to a landing page that shows information on the courses that are launching soon. I’m trying to get people to sign up for the mailing list to get notified when the courses go live AND I’m offering $100 to the first 20 to register for the course. I’m getting a lot of traffic to the page but no one has signed up. Is this normal?

Questions about job hopping-
My average tenure at a company is ~1.5 years (with ~11 YOE), but each jump I've made has yielded progressive/tangible career growth.
