Thoughts on customer success at FAANG? Currently in tech consulting and scared to be pigeonholed into IT

CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.

What rates are people getting for condos? Attended a top 5 UG and have 1 YOE. Doing mostly public sector work right now. Hours are fine, but pay is not at all competitive and the work is slow and not interesting. Thinking of exiting to something that’s more intense and stimulating. Thoughts on next steps? Should I try to apply and lateral to a different firm that isn’t so public sector focused?
