Thoughts on using a not yet filed substantive motion as a job app writing sample if the party-identifying information is redacted?

Context: I’m a junior who finally wrote a complete substantive motion. The partners made almost no edits. We’re planning to file soon, but haven’t yet because of meet and confers. I’m about to be applying for a few jobs and need a writing sample.

4PQE. UK. Have been offered a job at another firm but they've only agreed to match my salary. I went back asking for more and have been sternly told that's not possible as I'm already being offered more than what their bandings allow.

Serious billing question - if during the course of the day, you first receive an email from Client A at say 11:10am and you read it, you then respond to it at 12:20pm. You get another email at 2pm from Client A and respond immediately. The next email comes in at 4pm, you read it and respond only at 4:30pm. None of the email responses take more than 3-5mins. You are working on matters for other clients at all other times during the day. How much are you billing for Client A?
