A lot of these plays are priced to perfection on revenues 5+ years away. Will some make it big? Yes. Will some fail, yes. Also starting to watch the warrant exercise requirements. All of these have huge supply coming to market and I plan to be on the other side of the retail suckers

Reallocated some of my WPF position to PSFE. They are post SPAC merger but both will be long term holds for me.

Spacs to this point have been the easiest money you could make. Beware of 2021 As i feel even the top spacs get some pressure. Stick with good management and companies.

Tax Senior Manager and Bowl Creator have thrown out WPF, SVOK, and AVAN recently. With these all barely above $10 (and SVOK actually temporarily below), what’s the downside to investing in these? Am I missing something? Don’t they offer you the opportunity to sell back the shares at $10 around the merge date? So max loss would be $0.12 per share on WPF (at current pricing) and $0.19 per share on AVAN?

Are there other SPAC plays that people like that seem like no brainers at these levels?

I am selling into these pops on psth. 50/50 chance the target disappoints the stripe crew and it dips hard. I’ll be buying a bunch of that is the case. Beware- 2/9th warrants are still attached to these shares so there is some premium in the price
