How do you deal with not getting the desired output from somebody working under you? I think I’ve given enough examples and direction but the work still isn’t where I need it.

Thinking of getting a used Mercedes C 300 2018 in the Bay Area. Finding listings for $24,000 - $28,000/- certified pre owned for single owner under 30,000 miles.

Moving from Chicago and have never owned a car before.
Any advice on how to go about the search, red flags, negotiations, pricing, etc.?

Looking to purchase a 2019 Genesis G70 for 35k. Applied for Auto finance and got it approved from DCU at 4.5%.

I know the rates have increased recently but I think this is still high.

Any suggestions where I could get better rates with a good credit score and history?

Porsche Macan S, cayenne coupe, or Audi RS5? 29M and I can easily see myself driving and loving all three options. I know they’re different but at this point I’m prioritizing:
- Looks
- “Sex Appeal”
- Comfortable enough ride

Pretty new to investing. Can someone please explain what a SPAC is? And the difference b/w a SPAC and a VC?

I’ll be taking a look at all the recent SPACs that had huge runs. The plan is to watch for momentum to start fading and play some puts at or around merger votes. A lot of these plays are priced to perfection on revenues 5+ years away. Will some make it big? Yes. Will some fail, yes. Also starting to watch the warrant exercise requirements. All of these have huge supply coming to market and I plan to be on the other side of the retail suckers

Tax Senior Manager and Bowl Creator have thrown out WPF, SVOK, and AVAN recently. With these all barely above $10 (and SVOK actually temporarily below), what’s the downside to investing in these? Am I missing something? Don’t they offer you the opportunity to sell back the shares at $10 around the merge date? So max loss would be $0.12 per share on WPF (at current pricing) and $0.19 per share on AVAN?

Are there other SPAC plays that people like that seem like no brainers at these levels?
